Find answers to common questions about our Care for Your Dream Program
Nurses’ salaries in the U.S. are some of the best worldwide. Your salary will depend on the prevailing wage in the location of your employment offer, your experience, and clinical specialty.
Through our Care for your Dream program, we offer different nursing job opportunities in U.S. hospitals. We match the vacancy according to your needs, skills, and goals.
You must be a U.S. Permanent Resident. You may obtain your permanent residence through an EB-3 visa (known as a Green Card) and must have a U.S. nursing license to legally work in America.
Through our Care for your Dream program we assist you with your immigration and relocation process.
-Be a registered nurse and a graduate of a 3-yr. RN training program
-Currently work in a hospital environment
-Minimum of 12 months hospital experience
-Be fluent in English
-Good references that can be verified
To qualify for the EB-3 visa you must prove that you have a valid and permanent job offer from a U.S employer and that you meet the qualifications of the job description.
Once you have the job offer, you have to file the application in the U.S. embassy, complete your medical examination and submit the required documents:
-Employment offer from a U.S employer
-Approved labor certification and petition
-Your DS-261 confirmation page
-Your signed medical and vaccine documents
-Resumen and your academic achievements
-Proof that you have no criminal records
In the Care for your Dream program we file ALL your documents for you. We also give you legal and immigration support throughout your entire EB-3 visa application process.
If you are married, your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 can legally relocate to the United States with you. At Visa Solutions Healthcare, we guide each member of your family with their immigration and relocation as well.
All nurses in our Care for your Dream are English speakers. You´ll need a passing score on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), the English test most used worldwide for migration, to move forward with your permanent visa application.
At Visa Solutions Healthcare we can help you cover this EB-3 visa language requirement with study guides and professional support.
*If you are a graduated nurse from a college or university in Australia, Canada (except Quebec), New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the U.S, you don’t have to meet this requirement.
The EB-3 or Green Card processing time can be from a low of 1 to 3 years, depending on your job and application.
Once you are accepted in our Care for your Dream program, you´ll need to apply for the National Council Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX) to get your U.S. nursing license.
Visa Solutions Healthcare can guide you through this process. We provide training programs and study materials to prepare to succeed in your exam!
The NCLEX covers five areas of nursing: medicine, surgery, pediatrics, psychiatry and obstetrics. It is designed to test your skills in high-quality patient care and it’s a requirement to be eligible for nursing employment in the U.S.
The NCLEX exam is offered in most countries. If your country is not currently offering our team can guide you to cover this visa requirement.
The VisaScreen certification is a requirement to work in the United States. It evaluates your general education, language and the validity of your license.
In our Care for your Dream program can guide each candidate through this screening process for a successful outcome.
Visa Solutions Healthcare counts on relocation specialists that will guide you with your housing selection as with your documents to prove residency and ensure you have a great place to live upon arrival.
The commitment time frame is three years, and you are employed directly with the healthcare company, with the opportunity to continue at the client location.
We offer ongoing clinical support for nurses on the job, as well as free, continuing education throughout their assignment.
