Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how Visa Solutions Healthcare, LLC ("The Company," "Us," "Our," or "We") collects, uses, and manages personal data from visitors and users of our websites visasolutionshealthcare.com and visasolutionshealthcare.global, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Site".

Purpose

We recognize the importance of protecting personally identifiable information ("PII") collected from users of our Site and online services.

This Policy supersedes all prior policies in their entirety.

A. The Company is the sole owner of information collected from the Site. No other party can collect information when Users access the Company’s Site. The Company only collects PII that is voluntarily provided by Users who visit or utilize the Site, including those that create accounts, submit online forms, or register on the Site, in connection with the services described on our Site. If you do not wish for us to collect, store, maintain, share or transfer any data whatsoever for the purposes disclosed in this privacy policy, you should refrain from using our Site. Our Company collects the following data:

    1. Personal Identification Data: Identity Data or PII includes names (first/given, last/surname, middle, tribal), gender, title, and date of birth. The Company may also collect details regarding births, marriages, divorces, deaths, separations, and annulment, dependent family members, previous residential addresses and other contact details.
    2. Contact Data: Addresses, emails and telephone numbers.
    3. Employment Data: Employment status, employment history, job titles and functions, experience level and industry, education history and other information generally contained in a resume.
    4. User-generated Content: Comments or messages provided in free text boxes.
    5. Marketing and Communications Data: Opt-in preferences and communication preferences.
    6. NOTE – we do not collect PII about you unless you choose to use our Site. You provide such PII to us by using the Site, by submitting an online form or inquiry, by subscribing to our services, and/or contacting us regarding the Site or our services. If at any time you do provide us with such PII, we will collect it.
    7. Analytical Information and Anonymized Data: For each User, we may automatically gather certain information and store it in log files. This information includes the following: web beacons, embedded web links, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form. We may also collect both User-specific and aggregate information on which pages Users access or visit. Users of our Site consent to our collection and storage of analytical information, which may include IP addresses and geo tracking data for the purposes of analytics and website tracking, and to provide the services or goods requested by the User. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track Users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our User base as a whole. We also use this information to improve the content of our web pages, and to customize the content and layout of our pages. All of this is done with the intention of making our Site more useful to Users.
    8. NOTE – we may use one or more third-party tracking services to track anonymized and/or non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate about Users. These third-party services may use JavaScript, pixels, transparent GIF files, and other means to enable us to learn which advertisements bring Users to our Site. A. You directly provide us with most of the PII we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

    1. Visit our Site and submit an online inquiry using the “Apply Now” feature.
    2. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
    3. Use or view our website via our mobile application.
    4. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
    5. Create accounts, submit online forms, or register on the Site, in connection with the services described on our Site.
    6. Our Company may also receive your PII directly from a third-party recruiter or recruitment company.
III. Data Use

A. The Company is the sole owner of information collected from this Site. The Company only collects PII that is provided by Users or other individuals who visit or utilize the Site, so that we can:

    1. Contact you with information about our program offerings and any other products and services in response to your request for information.
    2. We will communicate with you by email, SMS (standard data rates apply), telephone, or in accordance with your wishes. Users who apply to one of the Company’s programs through the forms or applications on the Site using the “Apply Now” feature, voluntarily submit PII to the Company. We use the information collected in those forms to contact Users and/or to evaluate their qualifications for one of the Company programs announced on this Site. Users are advised that by accessing the Site, Users consent to the access, use and maintenance of PII by the Company and consent to the sharing of this data with third parties solely for the purpose of User’s application for information about or admittance to one of the Company’s programs.
    3. Generally, the Company will not disclose any of your PII acquired from the Site unless we have your permission or under special circumstances or under the circumstances described herein. The Company may share your PII collected from this Site with third parties in connection with the purpose for which you provided it, if required to respond to your request and to assist us in providing our services to you.
    4. The Company requires all third parties, to the extent possible, to protect the security of your PII, to keep your PII confidential, and to use such information only to assist the Company in performing services directly to you. We may disclose any collected information, including PII, if: (1) the disclosure is necessary or useful to our provision of services; (2) we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, interests, or property; (3) we are acting in good faith to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request; (4) we believe, in good faith, the disclosure is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or similar legal or administrative process; and (5) a third party purchases or otherwise acquires us or the Site. Your PII may be included if some or all the assets of the Company are sold, assigned or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.
    5. We do not rent or sell email addresses to third parties, or otherwise share any nonanonymized PII we collect, with any third parties except as set forth above. If we do share PII with an entity working on our behalf, we will employ commercially appropriate procedures to help ensure that the disclosed PII is used only for authorized purposes by authorized persons, and that safeguards are in place to help maintain the security, integrity, and privacy of the PII. The Company may contact you using the contact information you provide on the Site to respond to inquiries you send to us, and to communicate with you regarding our services and the services of any of our partners that are available to you. If you are outside of the United States, we will only use your contact information to communicate with you regarding our partners’ services with your prior consent.
    6. The Company does not share your PII with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
IV. Data Storage

A. The Company is in the United States. The Company’s collection, sharing and/or transferring of your PII will be in the United States, or in the country of origin. PII may be accessed by VSH staff. PII shared with us is collected, stored, or processed in our CRM. We make the transfer to the United States in the absence of an adequacy decision because it is necessary for the performance of a contract or agreement with you, or with your explicit consent.

B. The Company recognizes and respects the varying international laws and obligations and their impact on cross-border data transfers. When transferring PII outside of the country of collection, the Company will do so in compliance with the applicable law at the time of the transfer. All PII data provided will be collected and stored electronically. We will keep all personal data and related records stored in the cloud, in a secure location. All electronic files containing PII data will be encrypted.

C. Please note the EU has not adopted an adequacy decision with respect to data transfers to the United States, nor are we a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield; however, we value your privacy and protect your PII using reasonable information security practices. Users or individuals in the European Union have the right to lodge complaints or concerns regarding the ways and purposes for which the Company is using your PII. These complaints or concerns can be raised to the Company privacy team by sending an email with a description of your complaint or concern to privacy@visasolutionshc.com. Users or individuals also have a right to raise these complaints or concerns with the supervisory authority responsible for overseeing data privacy law compliance in the country in which such users reside or work.

V. Data Retention

A. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that PII is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

B. The Company will retain your PII for as long as it may be needed to provide the Services outlined on the Site, and as needed to comply with the Company’s legal obligations. In the event services are not provided, the Company will retain User PII for a minimum period of three (3) years, and a maximum period of ten (10) years, and thereafter either archive or destroy all PII. A. Visa Solutions Healthcare, LLC uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service.
